Pilates is a world-renowned exercise program focusing on breathing, concentration, control, core stabilization, flow and precision. BLISSwork is a deep tissue, sustained posturing, high repetition program aimed breaking adhesions in connective tissue allowing optimum movement and synchronization. Hand weights may be used. Blending these two modalities creates FUSION for the best in core training!

Pilates Mat Classes

The Pilates Method is a system of exercises designed to develop muscle strength while increasing flexibility and joint range of motion. Pilates focuses on correct alignment and muscular force, which with repetition can restore balance to the muscles and bones. Using specific exercises, emphasis is placed on strengthening the core muscles (deep abdominals, glutes, hips and back muscles) that supports the spine and pelvis.
