Come join the fun, get results and the attention you deserve with Thrive classes. Following is a list of classes from which to choose:

TRX Group Training (Erin)

Take your training to new heights with TRX Group Training classes and get your weekend started the right way! TRX training uses gravity and your own body weight to take your workout to maximum resultsl! This is a fast, effective total-body workout that develops balance, flexibility, core stability, muscular endurance and strength. Suspension training exercise offers a form of training that is great for people of all abilities and fitness levels.


Pilates Barre (Sandy)

The Pilates Method is a system of exercises designed to develop muscle strength while increasing flexibility and joint range of motion. Pilates focuses on correct alignment and muscular force, which with repetition can restore balance to the muscles and bones. Using specific exercises, emphasis is placed on strengthening the core muscled (deep abdominals, glutes, hips and back muscles) that supports the spine and pelvis.

Pilates Barre classes use small equipment such as stability balls, bands, circles, and includes barre work. 


Yoga (Lisa)

Strengthen, lengthen, stretch and relax with yoga! The Thrive yoga classes are appropriate for beginners and experienced participants. One-on-one yoga instruction is also available by appointment. Classes are included with membership at no additional cost ($8 non-member fee).


MX Fit (Stephane)

Reach your maximum fitness with this class: MX Fit!  Stephane will help you get the results you desire. Focus is on aerboic and core training using equipment and body weight.  You'll be working inside and out for a fun, energetic class.   


Strong by Zumba (Chris)

Strong by Zumba combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT workouts) with the science of synced music motivation. In every class, music and moves sync together perfectly to push you beyond your limits. Let it sync in! Class is led by Zumba instructor, Chris Petty. Class is included with your Thrive membership (or with your $8 day pass for non-members.)

SilverSneakers Classic (Chris)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. Fitness on Demand

Have it your way!! Choose from approximately 150 pre-recorded classes on your own schedule! Class types include Cardio, Strength, Dance, and Flexibility…levels range from easy to standard or advanced…times run from 12 minutes to 1 hour! Join a scheduled class or schedule your own.

Yoga, Silver Sneakers and Fitness on Demand classes are complimentary to Thrive members and weight loss clients ($8 for guests). Specialty classes are tuition based with Thrive members and weight loss clients receiving a 20% discount. Call for more info. Class schedule is subject to change without notice.
