Ready...Set....Go! April Workout

The personal trainers at Thrive Wellness have designed a simple, but effective workout for your quarantined pleasure. It's designed in a circuit format meaning you'll warm-up (remember, safety first!) then do a total of 12 body weight strength, core and cardio exercises. Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 sets then enjoy a nice cool down and stretch.

April “Quarantine-friendly” Workout!

Warm up 3-5 minutes
Warm-up

Jumping jack countdown

Strength, Core & Cardio
Double squat to jabs 12 sets

Push-ups 12

Hi-Lo boat 12

Skaters 1 minute

Reverse lunge to knee up 12 each leg

Up-down plank 12

Oblique twist 12 sets

Mt. climbers 1 minute

Wall sits 1 minute

Tricep dips 12

Superman 12

• 80-20 split squats left & right 30 seconds each side

Complete the entire circuit 3 times, then cool down & stretch! (5 minutes)
