Happy Friday! I hope you all are doing well and managing to stay active under the circumstances. Even though it isn't our choice to temporarily close, let's all make the best of the situation.

First, regarding the temporary closure, we do not have any updated info regarding how long it will last. Rest assured, we will open the minute we are allowed to safely do so.

In the meantime, we are offering use of Fitness on Demand online classes for you to use in the comfort of your own 'sheltered' home! To sign up, click here to send me a message requesting an invitation. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with a link and instructions on registering. If you don't see the email, check your spam filter....just in case.

Are you interested in online personal training or classes? We're working to get that set up for you. If you're interested, let us know and we'll get you all the details. Again, please use our contact form to communicate.

Don't forget to get outside when the weather permits! Go for a walk, walk your dog, weed the garden or yard, plant some flowers. (If you run out of chores, I have plenty to share and a even a dog to walk.) Let's focus on what we have, not what we temporarily lost. :)
