COVID-19 Update 3/18/2020

As you might imagine, we continue to follow the COVID-19 situation closely, as new information develops each day. Our priority continues to be the health, safety, and well-being of everyone connected to Thrive Wellness.

We remain OPEN to our members within the regulations set by the Oregon Health Authority.

We will keep our attendance at 25 or fewer people at all times. If there are more members wanting to use the facility, we will ask members to wait until the number decreases. Due to the situation, many members have been self-isolating so that hasn't been a problem.

JAM Sessions are on hold for the next couple of weeks. Boot Camp and Yoga classes will operate as long as we maintain a 6 ft. 'social distancing' space around members and trainers.

For members who do not choose to come in at this time, can now access our Fitness On Demand system in the safety and comfort of their homes. This service is by invitation...and all members are invited! Please click here to send a request and include your name and email address and I'll get you signed up. The Fitness On Demand system is also available in our upstairs studio. There are hundreds of class options to enjoy!

Personal training and other appointments will continue as long as a safe distance can be maintained.

As always, please use diligence in cleaning the equipment and anything you've handled. We regularly clean and sanitize but your partnership in keeping our environment safe and clean is critical. Our members have been great (no surprise there!) and we appreciate it!

Don't forget, we offer 24-hour access to our Thrive members. This allows you to come in during evenings and weekends to limit your exposure. Remember, all the same cleaning and social distancing rules apply. If you don't have a 24-hour key fob, let us know. Due to the special needs at this, we are discounting the cost of the key fobs 50%!

*By the way, we take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. High-risk members should carefully consider not going out unless it is absolutely necessary. While we know that exercise is beneficial to good health and a strong immune system, there are times to stay far, far away from other humans!
