Just because we had to temporarily close Thrive Wellness, that doesn't mean you need to stop exercising. It's even more important now! The Thrive personal trainers are working on a 'Quarantine-friendly" April workout program. By Wednesday afternoon, we will put a link to the video here and post it on Facebook, too.

This workout is in addition to the Fitness on Demand online classes. If you haven't signed up yet, click here and send a message requesting an invitation. You'll receive a reply via email to get started. We are offering this to our members and to the community at large. No cost, no obligation, no strings attached, no April fooling!

Make sure to like us on Facebook to get updates on ...

Happy Friday! I hope you all are doing well and managing to stay active under the circumstances. Even though it isn't our choice to temporarily close, let's all make the best of the situation.

First, regarding the temporary closure, we do not have any updated info regarding how long it will last. Rest assured, we will open the minute we are allowed to safely do so.

In the meantime, we are offering use of Fitness on Demand online classes for you to use in the comfort of your own 'sheltered' home! We are sad to announce that we are temporarily closed until further notice due to the coronavirus. Even though we know we're the cleanest gym around, the state has mandated the closure of all gyms and I don't think they're going to make an exception for us (although they should)! ;)

This also means we are required to close access to our 24-hour service. We were hoping to be able to allow our members continued access as long as we have good cleaning protocol and social distancing guidelines. Not so. (If you purchased a 24-hour key fob on my mistaken belief that you could use it during the corona-chaos, you can return it for a refund, if you don't want to keep it.)

In the meantime, click here to...

As you might imagine, we continue to follow the COVID-19 situation closely, as new information develops each day. Our priority continues to be the health, safety, and well-being of everyone connected to Thrive Wellness.

We remain OPEN to our members within the regulations set by the Oregon Health Authority.

We will keep our attendance at 25 or fewer people at all times. If there are more members wanting to use the facility, we will ask members to wait until the number decreases. Due to the situation, many members have been self-isolating so that hasn't been a problem.

JAM Sessions are on hold for the next couple of weeks. Boot Camp and Yoga classes will operate as long as we maintain a 6 ft. 's...
